RP-HPLC测定乳香伤筋搽剂中士的宁的含量

DETERMINATION OF STRYCHNINE IN RUXIANG SHANGJIN LINIMENT BY RP-HPLC

目的 测定乳香伤筋搽剂中士的宁的含量。方法 将样品制成甲醇溶液 ,用C18柱为固定相 ,以乙腈 -水 (37∶6 3) (pH 4 .2 ,含十二烷基硫酸钠 0 .0 0 1mol·L-1)为流动相 ,检测波长 2 5 4nm。结果 士的宁在 0 .0 4～ 0 .2 0 μg范围内 ,线性关系良好 (r=0 .9999) ,平均加样回收率为 97.14 % ;方法精密度RSD =1.76 % (n =5 )。

OBJECTIVE To establish an RP-HPLC method for determination of strychnine in Ruxiang Shangjin liniment.METHODS Eclipse XDB-C 18 column (5 μm, 150 mm×4.6 mm) was used Mobile phase was CH 3CN-H 2O(pH 4.2, 0.001 mol·L -1 sodium dodecyl sulfate)(37∶63); detective wavelength was 254 nm.RESULTS Within the range of 0.04～0.20 μg, strych nine presented a good linear relationship between amount and peak area( r = 0.9999 ). The average recovery in the samples was 97.14% , RSD = 1.76 %( n =5).CONCLUSION This method could be used for determination of strychnine in Ruxiang Shangjin liniment.
