HPLC测定康脑舒口服液中淫羊藿苷的含量

DETERMINATION OF ICARIIN IN KANGNAO SHU ORAL SOLUTION BY HPLC

目的 建立康脑舒口服液中淫羊藿苷的含量测定方法。方法 采用高效液相色谱法 ,UbondapskC18色谱柱 ,流动相为乙腈 -水 (7∶3) ,紫外检测波长 2 70nm。结果 淫羊藿苷在 0 3～ 1 0mg·ml-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0 9999) ,平均回收率为 95 85 % ,RSD =2 3% (n =4 )。结论 该法操作简便、快速 。

OBJECTIVE To establish a determination method of icariin in Kangnao Shu oral solution.METHODS The method was used with the Ubondapsk C 18 column,acetonitrilen-water(7∶3) as mobile phase and detective wavelength at 270 nm.RESULTS The regression equation was A =1.0697×10 5 C -2 8168×10 5 Icariin's linear range was 1-10 mg·ml -1 The mean recovery rate was 95.85%,and RSD =2.3%( n =4).CONCLUSION The method is simple,rapid and can be used for the quality control of Kangnao Shu oral solution.
