青光眼临床护理路径对围手术期健康教育及术后康复的影响

Glaucoma clinical nursing path in the experience of perioperative health education and postoperative rehabilitation

目的探讨青光眼临床护理路径对患者围手术期健康教育及术后康复的影响。方法将2014年5月~2015年12月100例行青光眼小梁切除术患者随机分为观察组和对照组各50例。观察组从入院到出院采用临床路径的护理方法。对照组围手术期采用传统的专科护理方法,比较两组健康教育知识掌握、并发症、术后康复及护理工作满意度情况。结果两组健康教育知识掌握情况、术后康复、并发症发生率、对护士工作满意度比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径可提高青光眼手术患者健康知识掌握程度,降低并发症发生率,促进患者术后康复,提高患者满意度。

Objective Perioperative treatment in patients with glaucoma clinical nursing path for health education effect and the effect of postoperative rehabilitation.Methods In May 2014 to December 2015,100 patients with routine glaucoma trabeculectomy were randomly di- vided into observation group and control group 50 cases each.Observation group of patients from admission to discharge the nursing methods of using clinical pathway.Perioperative period in the control group using traditional methods of nurse, compared two groups of patients health edu- cation knowledge, complications, and postoperative rehabilitation and nursing job satisfaction. Results Two groups of patients＇ knowledge about health education knowledge, postoperative rehabilitation, the comparison of the incidence of complications, the nurse job satisfaction ,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Clinical nursing path can improve the health knowledge level, for patients with glaucoma surgery to reduce complications, promote postoperative recovery, improve patient satisfaction.
