摘要
四川省若尔盖县某养殖户的犊牦牛出现以腹泻为主要特征的疾病,传播迅速,发病率为100%,为弄清病因,我们采集了6份腹泻样本,分别用Trizol法和酚氯仿法提取腹泻粪便的总RNA和DNA,再用牦牛轮状病毒(RV)、牛冠状病毒(Bco V)、牛病毒性腹泻病毒(BVDV)、沙门氏菌(Salmonella)、产肠毒素大肠杆菌(ETEC)特异的PCR方法进行病原检测,结果得出这5种病原的检出数分别为6、0、6、0、5,可见该地区犊牦牛腹泻主要由RV、BVDV和ETEC混合感染引起。
There were some prominent feature of the diseases with diarrhea in yak of some farmers at Ruoergai area, Sichuan province, which spreaded rapidly and its incidence rate was 100%. In order to find out the causes, 6 diarrhea samples were collected, Trizol regent kit and phenol-chloroform extraction meth- ods were used to extract total RNA and DNA of diarrhea feces, then yak rotavirus(RV), bovine coronavirus (BcoV), bovine viral diarrhea virus (BVDV), Salmonella, enterotoigenic escherichiacoli (ETEC) were de- tected by specific PCR methods. The results showed that the amount of the five kinds of pathogens were 6, 0, 6, 0, 5,which meaned that yak diarrhea was mainly caused by mixed infection of yak RV, BVDV and ETEC.
