摘要
采用真空电弧炉制备了高熵合金ScTiVCrM(M=Co、Ni、Cu),研究了合金的微观组织及储氢性能。结果表明:合金均由复相组成,当M=Cu时,合金由CsCl-type相和BCC-type相组成;当M=Co、Ni时,合金由Cs Cl-type相、BCC-type相和FCC-type相三相组成。在298K,5.5MPa条件下,所有合金都可以活化,合金M=Co、Ni、Cu,第一次吸氢最大吸氢量分别为1.76wt%、2.19wt%、2.56wt%;随吸氢循环次数增加,所有合金的最大吸氢量均减少,其中M=Cu的第三次最大吸氢量相对于第一次降低了1.02wt%。
High entropy alloys ScTiVCrM (M=Co,Ni,Cu) were prepared by vacuum arc furnace melting. The microstructure and hydrogen storage property of the alloys were systematically investigated. The results show that all the alloys are multiphase structure, when M=Cu, the alloy is composed of CsCl-type phase and BCC-type phase. When M=Co ,Ni , the alloy is all composed of CsCl-type phase, BCC-type phase and FCC-type phase.All the alloys can be activated at 298K, 5.5MPa, The maximum hydrogen storage of first hydrogen absorption for M=Co,Ni and Cu is 1.76wt%,2.19wt% and 2.56 wt%,respectively. However,the hydrogen storage content of the alloys decrease with the increase of hydrogen absorption cycling numbers. Among them,The maximum hydrogen absorption mass of alloys M=Cu in the third reduces by 1.02wt% compared with that in the first.
