高温均质化对高强贝氏体钢显微组织和力学性能的影响 被引量:24

Effect of High Temperature Homogenization on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of High Strength Bainite Steel

摘要 采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜和能谱仪对两种不同工艺下C-Si-Mn-Cr-Mo系高强贝氏体钢的显微组织和力学性能进行了对比研究。结果表明:在高温均质化前,热轧态试验钢组织中存在马氏体带,存在Mn、Cr元素的偏析,伸长率较低,布氏硬度较高。高温均质化可明显改善试验钢热轧态显微组织偏析,强度、冲击吸收功基本保持不变,伸长率由8.0%提高到15.0%,硬度由415HBW降低到353HBW。 The microstructure and mechanical properties of C-Si-Mn-Cr-Mo series high strength bainite steel under two different processes were contrastively investigated by means of optical microscope, scanning electron microscopy and EDS. The results show that: before high temperature homogenization, there exists martensite band in microstructure of hot rolled experiment steel, and segregation of Cr and Mn elements. The elongation is lower and Brinell hardness is higher. High temperature homogenization can obviously improve the microstructure segregation of hot roiled steel. The strength and impact energy remain unchanged, the elongation increases from 8.0% to 15.0%, and the hardness reduces from 415HBW to 353HBW.
