摘要
通过对某煤层气井偏磨漏失油管的宏观磨痕分析、理化性能分析、水样分析,研究了煤层气井油管的开裂原因。结果表明:抽油杆与油管之间的摩擦是油管本体开裂的原因;油管硬度低于抽油杆硬度以及溶解在地层水中的CO_2和Cl^-腐蚀作用是油管本体开裂的另一原因。
The reasons for the crack of eccentric failure well tube in (BM) were studied by macroscopic grinding crack analysis, physical and chemical performance test and water sample analysis. The results show that the friction between the rod and the tube is the direct reason for the crack of tubing body. The hardness of the tube less than the hardness of the rod and the corrosive effects of CO2 and Cl^- dissolued in formation water are another reasons for the tubing body crack.
