金融发展、技术进步与低碳经济关系的实证研究——基于面板VAR模型的动态检验

An Empirical Study on the Relationship among Financial Development, Technological Progress and Low Carbon Economy Dynamic Verification Based on Panel VAR Model

利用省际面板数据,通过面板PVAR的实证方法发现:我国金融发展与低碳经济发展水平不一致,金融发展对低碳经济的引导作用没有发挥出来;技术创新尤其是碳技术的进步,是我国节能减排的关键因素;金融发展和技术进步存在良性协同效应,技术进步有自我累积发展机制。短期内金融发展对经济转型的作用较为明显,但是从长远来看,技术进步对低碳经济的发展影响更大。

This paper using the provincial panel data, through the panel VAR method and found that： Our country finance development and low carbon economy development level is not consistent, financial development of low-carbon economy has not played a guiding role; Technology innovation especially carbon technology is a key factor of China＇s energy conservation and emissions reduction; Financial development and technological progress there is positive synergy, technological advances have accumulated development mechanism. In the short term, financial development plays a more important role in economic transformation, but in the long run, technological progress will have a greater impact on the development of low-carbon economy.
