上海推行绿色供应链管理的意义及实践路径

Significance and Ways of Promoting Green Supply Chain Management in Shanghai

绿色供应链是将环保节能等"绿色"因素融入整个供应链的新型环境管理手段,该概念在20世纪由美国提出后,已逐渐开始影响各国的环境管理理念。上海已开展了近三年的绿色供应链管理示范项目,在积累了许多实践经验的同时,也总结出了绿色供应链管理的实施对上海实现产业结构调整、环境风险管理、政府职能转变和规避贸易壁垒等方面的重要意义。鉴于上海在政策环境、企业管理、技术储备和公众意识上具有的较好基础,进一步提出了在上海继续深化示范和推广绿色供应链管理的建议。

Green supply chain （GSC）, a creative environmental management measure incorporating green factors into whole supply chain, was originated in United States in last century and widely applied in the world, and now is also influencing environmental management in China. Shanghai has three-year experience in GSC pilot cases, supported by China Council for International Cooperation on Environment and Development, suggesting that GSC is meaningful for industrial restructuring, environmental risk management, governmental function transformation, trade barrier avoiding, etc. Based on Shanghai＇s good foundation of policy environment, business management, technology strength and public awareness, advice to deepen the pilot cases and spread GSC management experience is given.
