陕西省安康市2009-2015年麻疹监测信息报告管理系统运转情况分析

Evaluation of the performance of measles surveillance system in Ankang City of Shaanxi Province from 2009 to 2015

目的对安康市2009-2015年麻疹监测信息报告管理系统运转情况进行分析,为进一步加强监测,提高麻疹监测质量提供科学依据。方法采用描述性流行病学方法,对安康市2009-2015年麻疹监测信息报告管理系统监测指标进行分析。结果安康市2009-2015年麻疹疑似病例48 h完整调查率均达到80%以上,自2010年开始麻疹疑似病例血标本采集率和实验室血清检测结果7d内及时报告率达80%以上,2014年开始排除麻疹病例报告发病率达2/10万以上。结论安康市从2014年起麻疹监测敏感性、及时性和特异性指标均达到《全国麻疹监测方案》有关要求,全市将在保持麻疹监测系统高质量运转的前提下,进一步降低麻疹发病率,争取早日实现消除麻疹目标。

Objective To analyze the running status of the Measles Surveillance Information Report and Management System in Ankang City from 2009 to 2015. Methods Sampling method of descriptive epidemiology of Ankang City from 2009 to 2015 Measles Surveillance Information Report and Management System for monitoring indicators for analysis. Results Ankang City from 2009 to 2015 suspected measles cases investigation rate above 80%,48 hours since 2010 suspected measles cases blood specimen collection rate and timely report within 7 days of laboratory testing results of serum rate above 80%,and in 2014 began to eliminate measles cases reported incidence of more than 2 /100 000. Conclusion Ankang City since 2014 measles surveillance sensitivity,timeliness and specificity of indexes to relevant requirements,according to the ＂national measles surveillance program＂Ankang City will keep in measles surveillance system under the premise of high quality work,further reduce the incidence of measles,strive for the early realization of measles elimination goals.
