河北省唐山市丰润区某小学学生饮食行为现状调查

Survey of students' eating behavior in a primary school status in Fengrun District of Tangshan City of Hebei Province

目的了解唐山市丰润区小学生饮食行为习惯及其可能影响因素。方法采取整群抽样的研究方法,抽取唐山市丰润区某小学一~六年级学生为调查对象,每个年级抽取3个班,对所抽取班级的所有学生及其家长进行问卷调查并进行统计分析。结果关于小学生饮食行为的调查结果中,不良饮食行为的检出率很高,为95.2%。检出率由高到低依次为:挑食、偏食、睡前进食、经常喝含糖饮料。被调查父母营养知识知晓率较高,对孩子的饮食行为比较关注。logistic回归分析显示:小学生的不良饮食行为与父亲工作状态、年级、对孩子不喜欢的食物采取的做法和家庭类型有关。结论挑食、偏食及经常喝含糖饮料是目前小学生存在的主要饮食行为问题,应提倡儿童膳食均衡,合理指导和宣教,并积极倡导健康的饮食行为。

Objective To understand the diet behavior of pupils in Fengrun District of Tangshan City customs and the influencing factors. Methods Adopt cluster sampling method,selected from Fengrun District,Tangshan City,a primary school one to six grade students as the research object,chosen from each grade three classes,all students in the selected classes of questionnaire survey. By the parents of the students and their common to self- administered survey investigation. Using SPSS 16. 0 software,using a variety of statistical methods of data analysis. Results In the survey results of the diet behavior of pupils,the detection rate of unhealthy eating behavior is very high,which is 95. 2%. Diet and behavior problems of students in elementary school detection sequence results show that,the detection rate from high to low in order for： picky eaters,the partial eclipse,eat before going to bed,often drink sugary drinks. The survey of parents nutrition knowledge awareness rate is higher,the child＇s eating behavior is more concerned about. Logistic regression analysis showed that the primary school students＇ poor eating behavior was related to the father＇s work status,grade,the practice of the food that the child does not like,and the family type. Conclusion Picky eaters,the partial eclipse and often drink sugary drinks are the pupils have the main dietary behaviors,should strengthen the children eating a balanced diet,rational nutrition guidance and education,and actively promote the healthy eating behavior.
