摘要
上海交通大学医学院附属新华医院急诊量常年位居上海市前列,是国内最早建立"急救-创伤-ICU"一体化运作和管理模式的医院之一。随着医学模式的转变,原有松散型急诊医疗服务管理模式越来越不能适应当前急诊患者的服务需要,存在一些薄弱环节。为此,医院急诊科通过实践和探索提出了构建一站式紧密型急诊管理模式,以做到预检智能化、人员专业化、流程一站式、急救一体化、抢救现场化、管理信息化,体现了现代急诊医疗便捷、高效、安全的特点,实现"以病人为中心"的现代急救理念。目前,该模式已取得初步成就,使得医院急诊诊疗水平迈向一个新的台阶,急诊信息化、智能化管理是未来发展趋势。
The emergency care volume of Xin Hua Hospital affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine keeps ranking among the top in Shanghai all the year round. Xin Hua Hospital is one of the first hospitals in China to establish the integrated operation and management mode of first aid, trauma and ICU. With the change of medical model, the original loose management model of emergency medical service can no longer adapt to the needs of emergency patients and it also exposes many weak link at the same time. The emergency department of Xin Hua Hospital put forward to build a one-stop and compact emergency management model, which realized intelligent triage, specialized personnel, one-stop process, integrated first aid, field rescue, and informationization management through practice and exploration. This model embodies the characteristics of modern emergency medical treatment featuring convenience, high efficiency and safety, and reflected modern first aid concept of "patient centered". This mode has been preliminary achievements, making the Xin Hua Hospital emergency diagnosis and treatment level towards a new stage.
