全国公立中医类医院床位规模现状及发展趋势

The status quo and its development of beds scale of public hospital of TCM in China

目的:通过分析全国公立中医类医院床位规模现状及趋势,以此为依据为中医类医院的建设标准提供科学、合理的建议。方法:主要运用文献研究法,总结国内外医院规模经济效益相关理论的研究现状及进展,并运用时间序列分析整理全国2002-2013年公立中医类医院的基本信息,分析其床位规模以及效率的变化情况。结果:2013年公立中医类医院共2543所,实有床位数621089张,1000张床位以上的中医类医院53所;2002-2013年,1000张床以上中医类医院机构数的增长速度为34.93%,高于公立中医类医院的平均水平。结论:目前公立中医类医院床位规模较大,而且正在以较快的发展趋势增长,三级医院尤为突出;不同地区间院均床位数差距正逐渐缩小,但东部的床位数占比相对较大。

Objectives： To analyze the TCM hospital＇s beds size and tendency and provide rational and scientific suggestions for the development of TCM hospital. Methods： This dissertation uses literature research to summarize current situation and progress about domestic and international correlation theory of hospital scale economic benefit. Using time series analysis to organize the basic information of the Chinese TCM hospitals from 2002 to 2013 and analyzing the change of hospital＇s beds scale and efficiency. Results： In 2013, there were 2543 TCM hospitals, 621089 beds. Of which, 53 TCM hospitals have more than 1000 beds. From 2002 to 2013, the growth rate of the number of TCM hospitals who have more than 1000 beds is 34.93% and higher than the average rate of total TCM hospital. Conclusions： The scale of TCM hospital beds is relatively large, and is growing rapidly. Especially in tertiary TCM hospital. Between regions, the difference of the number of hospital beds is gradually narrowing, but TCM hospital beds scale in east area is larger.
