双耳双模式人工耳蜗植入者声调识别能力研究 被引量:2

摘要 双耳双模式人工耳蜗植入是近年研究的热点,而声调识别又是其中的难点和热点。声调的识别主要取决于基频信息,此外时长、时域等信息也是重要影响因素。人工耳蜗对时域和频域信息的接收能力,以及编码策略和电极刺激速率都会影响声调的识别,另外植入者的植入年龄和使用时间也是重要原因。双模式优势与助听听阈和双模式时间具有很大关系,而这些因素都对双模式患者声调的识别影响重大。本文就双耳双模式人工耳蜗植入者的声调识别研究进展做一综述。 Bimodal cochlear implantation is a hot topic in recent years. While the tone recognition is one of the difficult and hot spots. Tone recognition mainly depends on the fundamental frequency, in addition, the duration time, time information and some other information are also important factors. The ability for cochlear implantation patients to receive time and frequency information, as well as coding strategy and stimulation rates of electrodes, all can affect tone recognition. What's more, the implantation age and use time are important factors. There is a vital relationship between bimodal benefit and aided threshold and bimodal time, which affect the tone recognition greatly ofbimodal users. In this study, we do a review for the tone recognition of bimodal cochlear implantation users.
