摘要 miRNA是一种内源性非编码小RNA,可与mRNA特异结合,通过转录后修饰调控基因表达。肥胖和非肥胖人群存在miRNA表达的区别,miRNA参与肥胖发展的多个过程,如脂肪分化、脂代谢等,可调节炎性反应、促进或抑制脂肪细胞分化。miRNA可以作为肥胖及其相关并发症的生物标志物,为肥胖相关疾病提供新的诊断和治疗策略。 miRNAs are a class of endogenous small non-coding RNAs, which can combine with mRNA specifically and regulate gene expression through post-transcriptional modification. Several miRNAs are differentially expressed between obese and non-obese people, miRNAs are associated with many processes in obesity, such as adipocyte differentiation and lipid metabolism, miRNAs can regulate inflammatory response, increase or inhibit adipose differentiation. They can be used as biomarkers of obesity and related complications, and may provide new strategies of diagnosis and treatment in obestity related diseases.
