生物反馈电刺激治疗在促进女性产后盆底功能恢复中的效果 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨生物反馈电刺激治疗在促进女性产后盆底功能恢复中的效果。方法选取2014年1月~2016年7月我院妇产科收治的100例产后盆底功能障碍患者作为研究对象,采取计算机随机数列分组方法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例。对照组患者实施常规盆底肌肉功能锻炼,观察组患者在盆底肌肉功能锻炼的基础上施加生物反馈+电刺激治疗。比较两组患者的临床总有效率、盆底肌力恢复情况、盆底肌力积分、尿垫试验评分、阴道最大收缩压。结果观察组患者的临床总有效率为94%,明显高于对照组(74%)(P<0.05);观察组患者的盆底肌力恢复正常率较对照组明显升高,盆底肌力恢复时间较对照组明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的盆底肌力积分、尿垫试验评分、阴道最大收缩压均较治疗前明显提高,且观察组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用生物反馈电刺激治疗产后盆底功能障碍的临床效果显著,可有效促进盆底肌力恢复,增强患者的盆底肌力和阴道收缩能力,还可减轻尿失禁情况。 Objective To study and discuss the effect of biofeedback electrical stimulation therapy in promoting the re- covery of postpartum pelvic floor function.Methods One hundred patients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction from January 2014 to July 2016 in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of our hospital were selected as the re- search objects,patients were divided into control group and observation group by adopting computer random grouping method,50 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine pelvic floor muscle function exercise, and the observation group was treated with biofeedback and electrical stimulation on the basis of pelvic floor muscle function exercise.The clinical total effective rate,pelvic floor muscle strength recovery,pelvic floor muscle strength score, urine pad test score,vaginal maximum systolic pressure of patients were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of patients in the observation group was 94%,was significantly higher than that of the control group (74%) (P〈0.05);rate of the pelvic floor muscle strength recovery in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the pelvic floor muscle strength recovery time was shorter than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05);after treatment,pelvic floor muscle strength score,urine pad test score,maximum systolic blood pressure of the two groups were significantly increased,and that of the observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05).Conclu- sion The clinical curative effect of biofeedback electrical stimulation in treatment of female postpartum pelvic floor dys- function is significant,it can effectively promote the recovery of patients with pelvic floor muscle strength,enhance the pelvic floor muscle strength and vaginal contraction ability,can also reduce urinary incontinence.
