西帕依固龈液联合金栀洁龈含漱液治疗慢性牙龈炎的效果分析

Effect analysis of Collutorymaxillary and Jinzhi Jieyin Gargle in the treatment of Chronic Gingivitis

目的探讨西帕依固龈液联合金栀洁龈含漱液治疗慢性牙龈炎的效果。方法选取2014年2月~2015年1月我院收治的120例慢性牙龈炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组,各60例。两组均行超声波洁治术,对照组术后采用生理盐水进行漱口,观察组给予西帕依固龈液联合金栀洁龈含漱液。比较两组的治疗效果、疼痛和肿胀消失时间及治疗前后的牙龈指数(GI)、菌斑指数(PI)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)、口腔卫生指数(OHI-S)。结果观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的充血和肿胀消失时间显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的GI、PI、SBI、OHI-S得分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论西帕依固龈液联合金栀洁龈含漱液可有效提高慢性牙龈炎的治疗效果,且患者临床症状缓解时间更早。

Objective To explore the effect of Collutorymaxillary combined with Jinzhi Jieyin Gargle in the treatment of chronic gingivitis.Methods 120 cases of chronic gingivitis in our hospital from February 2014 to January 2015 were se- lected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method,60 cases in each group.All patients were treated with ultrasonic scaling,the control group was given saline gargle,the observation group was given Collutorymaxillary combined with Jinzhi Jieyin Gargle.The treatment effect,the time of pain and swelling disappeared,and the gingival index （GI）,plaque index （PI）,gingival sulcus bleeding index （SBI） and oral hygiene index （OHI-S） before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.The time of pain and swelling disappeared in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,with significant difference （P〈 0.05）.The scores of GI,PI,SBI and OHI-S after treatment in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Collutorymaxillary combined with Jinzhi Jieyin Gargle can effec- tively improve the treatment of chronic gingivitis,and the clinical symptoms can disappear earlier.
