The medical quality management in maternal and child health care institutions is relatively weak.As a maternal and child health care institution,our hospital established the restraint mechanism,assessment mechanism,punishment and incentive mechanism and long-term mechanism of medical quality management,through a medical quality and safety system was constructed to effectively ensure the quality of medical service and patients＇ safety.
