摘要
随着国内经济市场快速地壮大以及高科技技术飞速地提升,现今在各个领域都需求着规模较大的、拥有深厚专业知识功底以及卓越的动手能力的"应用型人才"。强化应用型人才培养教育的工作是日新月异的时代所需求的,是国家经济发展的实质性需求。根据社会所需求的应用型人才所拥有的特质,探究高校对应用型人才培养的系统,并对其作出一些培养方案,期望能够对培养应用型人才有所帮助。
As the domestic economy expands rapidly and the high technology develops at high speed. Application - oriented talents with profound professional knowledge and good practical skills are in great demand in all respects in the current age. To strengthen the application - oriented education is in accord with the ever - changing age and the practical demand of the eco- nomic development of our country. Based on the characteristics which the society expects from the application - oriented tal- ents, this paper explores the education system of application - oriented talents in colleges and universities and puts forward a few programs, hoping to contribute to the education of application - oriented talents.
