试论农业院校创业教育现状和对策——以华中农业大学为例

Analysis of the Current Condition and Potential Solutions of Entrepreneurship Education in Agricultural Universities——Based on a Case Study of Huazhong Agricultural University

十八大以来在大众创业、万众创新的浪潮中创业教育迎来了蓬勃发展的春天。大学生是创新创业的生力军,高等院校是创业教育的重要阵地。长期以来,与综合性大学相比农业院校在大学生创业教育方面存在着起步晚、发展慢、重视程度不够等问题。本文以华中农业大学为例,阐述了农业院校的创业教育的现状,分析了农业院校在大学生创业教育中存在的理解不全面、顶层设计缺乏、与专业教育脱节等问题,并针对问题提出了深入理解、健全体系、理顺组织、加强结合等建议。

Since the 18th CPC National Congress, the entrepreneurship education is on the threshold of a new era. University students constitute the main force of start - up firms, which is mainly ascribed to the entrepreneurship education in colleges and u- niversities. In the long run, agricultural schools lag far behind in terms of entrepreneurship education compared with comprehen- sive universities. Taking Huazhong Agricultural University as an example, this paper illustrated the current condition of entrepre- neurship education of agricultural schools, and analyzed problems like incomplete understanding of relevant policies, lack of top -level design and irrelevance to occupational training, and etc. It further proposed to acquire a better understanding, set up a sound system, regulate the organization and push forward entrepreneurship education in accordance with occupational education.
