摘要
辅导员工作是一项理智性和情感性、理论性和实践性、综合性与创造性相统一的工作。工匠精神作为一种行业精神标杆,对辅导员的育人工程起着重要的作用,以工匠精神打造高职辅导员的"领""导"艺术,思想引领、精神锻造、人格培养上熏陶学生,这不仅是对辅导员工作提出了更高的要求,也促使辅导员在工作中必须提升辅导员工作的科学化和有效性,践行"率领"艺术,发挥"引导"艺术,形成"领""导"艺术的双向合力。
Counselors＂ working is rational and emotional, theoretical and practical, comprehensive and creative. Craftsman spirit as an industry benchmark plays an important role in the counselor＇s education project. To create the spirit of higher voca- tional college counselors ＂guide＂ and ＂lead＂ art, lead the thought, forge the spirit and personality cultivation on the influence of students. This paper not only puts forward higher requirements for the work of the counselors, but also promotes the scientific and effectiveness of the work of the counselors. We can practice the ＂ guide＂ art, play the ＂ lead＂ art and form the art of ＂ lead＂ and ＂guide＂ of two - way force.
