Exploration and Thinking on the Construction of the Precision Funding System for Poor Students in Higher Vocational Colleges

建立高等职业院校精准化资助体系是适应当前我国高等教育大众化发展需要,进一步完善资助育人体系建设,促进教育公平的重要举措。本文分析了影响高等职业院校资助育人效果的主要因素,对于建立高等职业院校精准化资助模式的必要性与可行性进行了初步探索,界定了精准化资助的内涵,厘清了建立高等职业院校精准化资助模式的基本思路。

It is an important measure for higher vocational college to establish a more precise funding system to adapt to the cur- rent development of China＇s higher education popularization, further improve the construction of funded education system, and promote educational equity. This paper analyzes the main factors which are affecting the educational effects on the funded col- lege students, explores the the necessity and feasibility of establishing the precision funding model in higher vocational colleges, defines the connotation of precision funding, clarifies the basic ideas of the accurate support mode establishment.
