人是一个时代的主体,是一切活动的根本。而成人高等教育又是近几年来被广泛认同的一种进修学习方式。在这个知识掌管命运的年代,起着不可替代的作用。很多人因为各种原因,受到的教育有限。又因工作等原因,觉得开始力不从心,很多人都会选择继续接受教育,以提升自己的水平,为自己赢得更好的将来。但由于这部分人,在学习的过程中还会兼顾工作家庭等各种因素,因此管理起来存在着较大困难,急需一套完善的管理方式,帮助他们解决遇到的问题。
