摘要
随着中国世界影响力的增强,作为中国的传统民间曲艺的评剧也越来越引起世界各国人民的热情和关注。评剧对外宣传材料的研究对进一步提升中国文化类外宣材料翻译质量以及促进世界各国人民对中国民间曲艺——评剧的了解有重大意义。本文以唐山市博物馆评剧对外宣传材料的翻译为研究文本,在纽马克文本类型理论框架下,归纳评剧对外宣传材料的语言特点及其所属文本类型,探讨优化评剧对外宣传材料的英译策略,以期对此领域的译者提供一些参考。
With the increase of China's influence in the world, Ping Opera as a traditional Chinese folk opera has brought up great enthusiasm of the people from around the globe. This paper will take the international publicity texts in Tangshan Museum Ping Opera Exhibition Hall as an example to further explore and optimize possible translation strategies under the theoretical framework of Text Typology Theory. It intends to provide references for the translation of publicity texts about Chinese culture.
