摘要
"心流"体验描述了个体通过特定活动获得积极正面的心理感受,并在活动过程中呈现出更加专注的状态和实现更加高效的表现,这对于解决目前高职学生英语学习过程中普遍存在的注意力涣散、学习动机弱化等问题,提升英语课程教学的有效性有重要意义。"心流"理论中所总结的"心流"状态的基本要素为我们设计符合"心流"体验一般规律的教学活动提供了指导,在实践中我们发现这些教学活动能够比较有效的引导学生在英语学习过程中进入更加专注而积极的"心流"或"类心流"状态。
"Flow" experience describes the individual's full concentration on a particular activity and thus lead to more efficient performance and positive mental condition, which is certainly helpful to find effective solutions for vocational college students' inattention and continuous weaken motivation in the English learning. Fundamental elements summarized in the "Flow" theory offer us practical insturctions to design teaching activities compatible with the general characteristics of " Flow" experience, which effectively lead students into the "flow" or" flow- like" condition.
