铜离子改性涤纶物理性能及其可纺性研究 被引量:3

摘要 探讨铜离子改性涤纶纤维的可纺性。测试和分析了铜离子改性涤纶纤维的摩擦性能、卷曲性能、力学性能和导电性能,并与普通涤纶纤维进行了比较。试纺了铜离子改性涤纶纱。结果表明:与普通涤纶纤维相比,铜离子改性涤纶纤维动静摩擦因数差值小,卷曲性能更好,断裂强度小,断裂伸长大,电阻基本相当。认为:铜离子改性涤纶纤维完全能满足纺纱要求,其纯纺纱线可达到一等纱要求。 The spinnability of copper ion modified polyester fiber was discussed. The friction property,crimp property, mechanical property and conductivity property of copper on modified polyester fiber were tested and an- alyzed. They were also compared with those of common polyester fibers. Copper ion modified polyester fiber yarn was spun. The test results show that copper ion modified polyester fiber has smaller dynamic and static friction factors,better crimp property,smaller breaking strength,larger elongation and similar resistance when they are compared with those of common polyester fibers. It is considered that copper ion modified polyester fiber can completely meet the spinning requirement. Its pure yarn can meet the requirement of first-grade yarn.
