浅谈梳棉机盖板踵趾面断裂原因及解决方法

Brief Discussion on the Breaking Reason of Heel-and-toe Section in Carding Machine Flat and the Solution

探讨梳棉机盖板踵趾面断裂原因及解决方法。从梳棉机机械和运转生产两方面进行了分析,并提出了相应的预防和解决办法。机械方面的原因有:盖板骨质量、盖板链条质量与松紧、锡林前后上罩板位置、锡林左右墙板前后位置不一致等7项。生产运转管理方面原因有:慢速罗拉和高速辊针布磨损、盖板运转及清洁传动部位问题两项。认为:从设备管理和运转生产管理两方面采取相应的技术措施,可以避免梳棉机盖板踵趾面断裂现象的发生。

The breaking reason and solution of heel-and-toe section in carding machine flat were discussed. Both aspects including carding machine and running production were analyzed. Prevention and solution were put forward. The reasons in machinery included seven indexed like the quality of fiat,quality and tightness degree of flat chain,the shield plate position in the front and end of cylinder,position inconformity in right ~＇. left and front g- back of cylinder. The reasons in production running management aspects included two indexes like the abrasion of lower roller and card clothing in higher speed running roller and the flat running and cleaning transmission po- sition issue. It is considered that the happening for the breaking phenomenon of heel-and-toe section in carding machine flat can be prevented by taking processing measures in two aspects like equipment management and pro- duction running management.
