Spinning of Drawing Interrupted Composite Yarn

探讨并条合牵式断续复合纱的纺制。在并条机上加装喂入装置,将彩色饰纱喂入并条牵伸机构,经过并条、粗纱、细纱3次牵切纺制出具有段彩效果的复合纱,复合纱彩色片段分布稀疏、细小,具有"丝雨"效果。并对主要设备改造、饰纱选择、工艺配置和成纱效果进行了分析讨论。认为:饰纱根数、强力、有关牵伸倍数和握持能力是影响断续复合纱纺制的关键因素。

The spinning of drawing interrupted composite yarn was diseussed. Feeding device was installed in drawing frame. Colored decorative yarn was fed into drawing 5. drafting mechanism. The composited yarn with segment color effect was spun after three drawing in drawing, roving and spinning. The distribution of color seg- ment for composite yarn was sparse,tinny and with ＂ filament rain effect＂. The modification of the main equip ment,selection of decorative yarn, process configuration and yarn effect were analyzed and discussed. It is consid- ered that the decorative yarn number, strength, relative draf muhiple and holding force are the key factors affecting the spinning of interrupted composited yarn.
