The common issues in fore-spinning quality management for cotton spinning enterprises were briefly analyzed. Combing the practical production, the keys for daily quality management work in each process were introduced in detail from the raw material, process, equipment, running management and so on. Examples were listed for analyses. Solutions and suggestions were put forward purposefully, It is considered that stable in crease of quality for semi-finished product and finished product could be ensured by focusing the daily manage- ment work in fore-spinning, effectively solving detail problems in practical production in time.setting out relative management measures and ensuring feasible the implement.
