六味安消胶囊联合常规药物治疗反流性食管炎效果及对远期预后的影响

Effect and Long-term Prognosis of Liuwei Anxiao Capsule Combined with Routine Medicine for Reflux Esophagitis

目的:观察六味安消胶囊联合常规药物治疗反流性食管炎的效果及对远期预后的影响。方法:选择本院收治的55例反流性食管炎患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为2组,对照组27例以奥美拉唑胶囊联合马来酸曲美布汀分散片治疗,而观察组在此基础上运用六味安消胶囊联合治疗,对2组的治疗总有效率、不良反应发生率以及复发率进行比较。结果:经过12周的治疗,观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),随访6月期间的复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用六味安消胶囊联合常规药物治疗反流性食管炎,具有安全性高、复发率低、疗效确切等诸多优点。

Objective：To observe the effect and long-term prognosis of Liuwei Anxiao capsule combined with routine medicine for reflux esophagitis.Methods：Selected 55 cases of patients with reflux esophagitis in our hospital as study objects,and divided them into two groups according to random number table.Treatment of routine omeprazole capsules combined with trimebutine maleate dispersible tablets were given to 27 cases of patients in the control group,while the observation group not only received the same treatment as the control group,but also received Liuwei Anxiao capsules.Compared recurrence rate,incidence of adverse reaction and total effective rate of treatment of two groups.Results：After receiving treatment for 12 weeks,the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）,while incidence of adverse reaction in the observation group was lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Liuwei Anxiao capsule combined with routine medicine for reflux esophagitis has advantages of high safety,low recurrence rate and good effect.
