康艾注射液联合醋酸甲地孕酮片改善晚期肿瘤恶液质临床观察

Clinical Observation of Kang'ai Injection Combined with Megestrol Acetate Tablet on Improving Advanced Carcinoma Cachexia

目的:观察康艾注射液联合醋酸甲地孕酮片改善晚期肿瘤恶液质临床疗效。方法:将99例患者随机分为2组,对照组采用醋酸甲地孕酮片口服,并予对症支持治疗;治疗组在对照组治疗方案的基础上加用康艾注射液,比较2组在KPS评分、食欲、体重、免疫功能指标上的不同。结果:2组治疗前后KPS评分、食欲、体重增加、免疫功能指标比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,2组间KPS评分、食欲、体重增加、免疫功能指标比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:康艾注射液联合醋酸甲地孕酮片可改善患者恶液质症状,提高肿瘤患者生活质量。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Kang＇ai injection combined with megestrol acetate tablet on improving advanced carcinoma cachexia.Methods：Selected 90 patients and devided into two groups,the control group was given megestrol acetate tablet and symptomatic supportive treatment,the treatment group was given Kang＇ai injection based on the treatment of the control group.Compared differences on Karnofsky Performance Status（KPS） score,appetite,weight and index of immune function of the two groups.Results：After treatment,compared KPS score,appetite,weight and indexes of immune function of the two groups before treatment,the differences wassignificant（P〈0.05）.Compared KPS scores,appetite,weight and indexes of immune function of the two groups after treatment,the differences wassignificant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Kang＇ai injection combined with megestrol acetate tablet can improve cachexia syndrome and quality of life.
