温经通络、益气养血法方剂治疗糖尿病足临床观察

Clinical Observation on Wenjing Tongluo and Yiqi Yangxue Prescription for Diabetic Foot

目的:观察温经通络、益气养血法方剂治疗糖尿病足的临床疗效。方法:将68例气血两虚兼血瘀型糖尿病足患者随机分为观察组与对照组各34例,2组患者均给予糖尿病基础治疗,对照组予注射用前列腺素E_1治疗,观察组给予温经通络、益气养血法方剂治疗,比较2组患者的临床效果。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组腓总神经传导速度均较治疗前加快(P<0.05),观察组腓总神经传导速度值高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组足背动脉平均速度、血流量、内径值均较治疗前改善(P<0.05);观察组各指标的改善均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用温经通络、益气养血法方剂治疗气血两虚兼血瘀型糖尿病足患者疗效显著,可有效改善临床症状。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Wenjing Tongluo and Yiqi Yangxue prescription for diabetic foot.Methods：Divided 68 cases of diabetic foot patients of qi and blood deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome type into the observation group and the control group randomly,34 cases in each group.The basic treatment for diabetics was given to both groups.The control group received injecting of prostaglandin E_1,while the observation group accepted Wenjing Tongluo and Yiqi Yangxue prescription for treatment.Compared the clinical effect between patients in two groups.Results：The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.After treatment,common peroneal nerve conductive velocity in two groups were accelerated obviously（P〈0.05）,and that in the control group was higher than which in the observation group（P〈0.05）.Dorsal artery of foot average velocity,blood flow and inner diameter index in two groups were allimproved（P〈0.05）,the improvement of all indexes in the observation group being superior to that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Wenjing Tongluo and Yiqi Yangxue prescription has a notable curative effect for diabetic foot and can improve clinical symptoms effectively.
