魏氏伤科手法配合蒸敷治疗冻结肩临床观察

Clinical Observation of Wei's Manipulation Combined with Parboil Therapy for Frozen Shoulder

目的:观察魏氏伤科手法配合中药蒸敷治疗冻结肩的疗效。方法:采用手法配合中药蒸敷治疗冻结肩患者79例,治疗1疗程后统计疗效。结果:痊愈55例,占70.9%;显效12例,占15.2%;有效10例,占12.6%;无效2例,占2.5%,总有效率97.5%。结论:临床运用魏氏伤科手法配合蒸敷治疗,对于迅速缓解或消除疼痛,促进关节功能恢复有良好的疗效。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Wei＇s manipulation combined with parboil therapy in treating patients with frozen shoulder.Methods：Treated 79 cases of patients with frozen shoulder by the treatment of manipulation combined with parboil therapy,and collected the clinical effect after 1 course.Results：55 cases were full cured（70.9%）,12 cases had marked effect（15.2%）,10 cases were effective（12.6%）,2 cases were without effect（2.5%） and the total effective rate was97.5%.Conclusion：The therapy of Wei＇s manipulation combined with parboil therapy for frozen shoulder has a good effect on quickly relieving or dispelling pain and promoting the recovery of joint function.
