万花油砭石推拿熨烫治疗急性腰扭伤临床观察

Clinical Observation of Chinese Medicine Stone Needle Massage and Ironing with Wanhua Oil in Treating Acute Lumbar Sprain

目的:观察评价万花油砭石推拿熨烫治疗对腰肌劳损的治疗效果。方法:34例急性腰扭伤患者进行中药砭石推拿熨烫治疗,每天1次。治疗前及治疗第5天采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)和汉译Roland-Morris腰痛功能障碍问卷表(RMDQ)分别对患者腰部疼痛及腰痛导致的功能障碍进行评定。结果:经过治疗5天后,VAS评分和RMDQ得分与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。临床疗效治愈25例,显效5例,有效3例,无效1例,治愈率73.50%,总有效率为97.06%。结论:中药砭石推拿熨烫治疗急性腰扭伤,在改善患者的疼痛症状以及腰部功能疗效良好。

Objective：To observe and evaluate the clinical effect of Chinese medicine stone needle massage and ironing with Wanhua Oil in treating lumbar muscle strain.Methods：Thirty-four patients with acute lumbar sprain was selected,and given the therapy of Chinese medicine stone needle massage and ironing with Wanhua Oil once a day.Before treatment and at the fifth day of treatment,evaluated flank pain and the dysfunction caused by flank pain in patients by Visual Analogue Scale（VAS） and Chinese Versions Roland Morris Disability Questionnaire（RMDQ）.Results：After 5-days treatment,compared scores of VAS and RMDQ with those before treatment,difference was significant（P〈0.01）.Twenty-five cases were cured,5 cases had marked effect,3 cases had effect,and 1 case had no effect,the curative rate was 73.50%,and the total effective rate was 97.06%.Conclusion：Chinese medicine stone needle massage and ironing with Wanhua Oil can relieve pain,and has good efficacy on improve lumbar function of the patients in treating acute lumbar sprain.
