白豆蔻外敷神阙穴配合常规护理对妇科手术术后患者胃肠功能的影响

Effect of Amomun Kravanh External Application at Shenque Acupoint Combined with Routine Nursing on Gastrointestinal Function in Postoperative Patients with Gynecologic Surgery

目的:观察白豆蔻外敷神阙穴配合常规护理对妇科手术术后患者胃肠功能的影响。方法:选取160例行妇科手术的患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各80例。对照组采用常规治疗与护理干预,观察组在对照组常规治疗与护理干预基础上加用白豆蔻外敷神阙穴。干预后观察2组胃肠功能恢复时间、胃肠功能障碍发生情况和不良反应情况。结果:观察组术后肠鸣音恢复时间及首次排气、排便、进食时间均短于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组术后胃肠功能障碍发生率为2.53%,对照组术后胃肠功能障碍发生率为11.39%。2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用白豆蔻外敷神阙穴配合常规护理干预妇科手术术后患者,可显著缩短其术后胃肠功能的恢复时间,降低术后胃肠功能障碍的发生率。

Objective：To observe the effect of amomun kravanh external application at Shenque acupoint combined with routine nursing on gastrointestinal function in postoperative patients with gynecologic surgery.Methods：Selected 160 patients after gynecologic surgery,and divided them into the observation group and the control group randomly,80 cases in each.The control group was given routine treating and nursing intervention,the observation group was given the therapy of amomun kravanh external application at Shenque acupoint based on the treatment of the control group.After intervention,observed recovery time of gastrointestinal function,situations of gastrointestinal dysfunction and adverse reactions in the two groups.Results：Recovery time of intestinal sound,the first time of exsufflation and defecating,eating time of the observation group were all shorter than those ofthe control group（P〈0.01）.Postoperative incidence rate of gastrointestinal dysfunction was 2.53%and 11.39%in the observation group and the control group respectively,the difference being significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Amomun kravanh external application at Shenque acupoint combined with routine nursing can effectively shorten recovery time of gastrointestinal function,and decrease incidence of gastrointestinal dysfunction in postoperative patients with gynecologic surgery.
