高血压患者对社区医疗的依从性调查

The investigation on compliance of community health care in patients with hypertension

目的调查高血压患者对社区医疗的依从性。方法于2015年2月采用整群随机抽样方法在铜陵县3家公有制社会医疗服务中心抽取1710例高血压患者进行问卷调查,分析不同年龄患者的依从性。结果 35~44岁的依从率为74.23%,45~54岁的依从率为76.10%,55~64岁的依从率为68.28%,65~74岁的依从率为61.24%,≥75岁的依从率为72.07%。年龄在35~54岁以及≥75岁的高血压患者依从性较好,年龄为55~74岁的高血压患者依从性较差。结论不同年龄的高血压患者对社区医疗的依从性不同,应区别对待,区别治疗。

Objective To investigate the medical compliance of the community hypertension patients at different age.Methods Selected 1710 cases of hypertension patients from three public community medical service centers in Tongling in February 2015,the treatment compliance in patients with different ages were analyzed. Results The compliance rate of 35 ~44 years old patients was 74. 23%; the compliance rate of 45 ~ 54 years old patients was 76. 10%; the compliance rate of 55 ~64 years old patients was 68. 28%; the compliance rate of 65 ~ 74 years old patients was 61. 24%; the treatment compliance of75 years old and above patients was about 72. 07%. 35 ~ 54 years old and 75 years old and above patients had a good compliance. Poor compliance of hypertensive patients aged 55 ~ 74 years. Conclusion Hypertensive patients at different ages has different community medical compliance,so should be treated differently.
