康复新液治疗嗜酸性胃炎的疗效观察

Efficacy observation of kangfuxin liquid in treatment of eosinophilic gastritis

目的观察康复新液治疗嗜酸性胃炎患者的疗效。方法将嗜酸性胃炎患者60例(患者均拒绝使用糖皮质激素治疗)随机分为试验1组、试验2组和对照组各20例,试验1组给予康复新液10 ml口服,每天3次;试验2组给予色甘酸钠100 mg口服,每天4次;对照组给予雷贝拉唑肠溶片20 mg口服,每天1次,铝碳酸镁片1.0 g口服,每天3次。治疗2周后复查胃镜及血液分析检查,评定临床效果。结果试验1组、试验2组的总有效率分别为80.0%、95.0%,均高于对照组的50.0%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验1组和试验2组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论康复新液治疗嗜酸性胃炎临床效果较好,且无明显不良反应,值得在临床中推广应用。

Objective To explore the application value of kangfuxin liquid in treatment of eosinophilic gastritis.Methods 60 cases of eosinophilic gastritis（ all patients refused to use glucocorticoids） were randomly divided into experimental group 1,experimental group 2 and control group,each of 20 cases. Experimental group 1 were treated with kangfuxin liquid10 ml tid,Experimental group 2 used cromolyn sodium 100 mg qid. Control group used ray bella 20 mg qd and hydrotalcite tablets 1. 0 g tid. After 2 weeks of treatment,gastroscopy and blood analysis were reviewed,and the clinical effect was evaluated.Results The total effective rate of experimental group 1 and experimental group 2 were 80. 0% and 95. 0% respectively,which were all higher than 50. 0% of control group,the differences were statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）. There was no significant difference in total effective rate between trial group 1 and group 2（ P〉 0. 05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of kangfuxin liquid in treatment of eosinophilic gastritis is good,and no adverse reaction. It is worthy of promotion.
