综合护理措施在胆结石围术期中的应用

Application of comprehensive nursing measures in perioperative period of gallstones

目的观察综合护理措施在胆结石围术期中的应用效果。方法将100例胆结石患者根据临床护理措施的不同分为试验组和对照组各50例。试验组采用综合护理措施进行护理治疗;对照组采用常规护理措施进行护理治疗。护理结束后对比2组患者的临床效果、SAS评分、SDS评分及患者的临床护理满意度。结果试验组患者的临床治疗总有效率为96.00%高于对照组的84.00%;护理后2组SAS、SDS评分均低于护理前,且试验组低于对照组;试验组患者的护理满意度评分为(92.31±4.34)分高于对照组的(75.42±5.61)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对胆结石患者实施适当的临床护理措施能显著提高患者的临床治疗效果,改善患者的心理状态,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing measures for gallstones patients in perioperative period. Methods According to the clinical nursing care of patients with different measures,100 cases of cholelithiasis patients were randomly divided into test group and control group,each of 50 cases. Test group were treated with comprehensive nursing measures. Control group were treated with routine nursing care measures. The clinical effect,SAS Score,SDS score,complications and clinical nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate in test group was 96. 00% higher than 84. 00% in control group; After nursing the scores of SAS and SDS in two groups were lower than those before nursing,and test group were lower than control group; The nursing satisfaction score in test group was（ 92. 31 ± 4. 34） points higher than（ 75. 42 ± 5. 61） points of control group,the differences were statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The implementation of clinical nursing measures appropriate for gallstones patients can significantly improve the clinical treatment effect,and improve the psychological state of patients,it is worthy of clinical application.
