摘要
目的分析三级甲等妇幼保健院不同年龄产妇分娩方式和镇痛分娩方式及护理。方法对6672例产妇分娩方式和分娩镇痛率进行分析。结果 6672例产妇中14~17岁组32例(0.48%),18~34岁组5778例(86.60%),和≥35岁组862例(12.92%),其剖宫产率分别为0、26.70%、40.37%,分娩镇痛率分别为9.38%、31.67%、11.60%。结论三级甲等妇幼保健院不同年龄产妇剖宫产率和产妇分娩镇痛率与年龄因素有关。
Objective To analyse delivery mode,analgesia delivery mode and nursing of different age women in three level maternal and child health care hospital. Methods The delivery mode and labor analgesia rate of 6672 cases were analyzed. Results 14 ~ 17 years old maternal in 6672 cases was 32 cases（ 0. 48%）; 18 ~ 34 age group was 5778 cases（ 86. 60%）; and 35 years old and above group was 862 cases（ 12. 92%）. The cesarean delivery rate were 0,26. 70%,40. 37%respectively,and labor analgesia rate were 9. 38%,31. 67% and 11. 60% respectively. Conclusion Cesarean section rate and maternal analgesia rate are related to age factors in this three level maternal and child health care hospital.
