超声造影及微血管成像技术在乳腺病灶内血管中的诊断价值 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨超声造影及微血管成像技术在乳腺病灶内血管中的诊断价值。方法采用Sono Vue(声诺维,注射用六氟化硫微泡)超声造影及微血管成像技术分别对72例(80个肿块)乳腺病灶进行检查,并分别记录病灶内血管的直径、数目,并与术后病理结果相结合进行对比分析。结果微血管成像技术与超声造影对乳腺增生症血管数目的分析结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而二者对纤维腺瘤及恶性肿瘤的分析结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。微血管成像技术与超声造影对乳腺恶性肿瘤血管最大直径的分析结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而两种检查方法对纤维腺瘤及乳腺增生症的分析结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。微血管成像技术与超声造影对乳腺良、恶性病灶内血管数目、血管最大直径分析结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声造影与微血管成像技术对乳腺病灶内血管的数目及血管最大直径的良恶性鉴别均有诊断价值。 Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound and microvascular imaging in the blood vessels of breast lesions. Methods 72 cases (80 masses) were examined by ultra- sonography and microvascular imaging. The diameter and number of vessels were recorded and compared with the postoperative pathologic results. Results Through variance analysis, there was no significant difference on the results of the number of blood vessels between microvascular imaging and contrast-enhanced ultrasound in breast hyperplasia (P〉0.05), but the difference was statistically significant on the results of fibroadenoma and malignant tumor in two groups (P〈0.05). There was no statistically signifi- cant results between microvascular imaging and contrast-enhanced ultrasound on breast malignant tumor maximum diameter, the fibroadenoma and breast hyperplasia analysis (P〈0.05). Conclusion The diag- nostic value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound and microvascular imaging technology is in the diagnosis of benign or malignant breast lesions by the number of vessels and the largest diameter of the vessels.
