美罗培南在新生儿重症感染治疗中的应用价值及安全性

The Application Value and Safety of Meropenem in the Treatment of Neonate Severe Infection

目的:探讨美罗培南在新生儿重症感染治疗中的应用价值及安全性。方法:选取在我院进行治疗的重症感染新生儿82例,予以美罗培南治疗,观察治疗后患儿实验室细菌学培养情况、临床效果以及不良反应的发生率。结果:82例重症感染的新生儿总有效率为87.80%。共分离出43株致病菌株,经美罗培南治疗后的细菌清除率为86.05%。共发生5例不良反应,不良反应发生率为6.10%。结论:对于重症感染的新生儿,应用美罗培南进行治疗,细菌清除率高,可以显著提高治疗的临床效果,并且安全性高,值得在临床推广使用。

Objective： To study the application value and safety of meropenem in the treatment of neonate severe infection. Methods：Eighty two cases of neonates with severe infection were selected. All neonates accepted meropenem. The clinical effects,bacteriological culture results and the incidences of adverse reactions were observed. Results： The effective rate was 87. 80%. Laboratory results showed 43 strains of pathogenic bacteria were isolated. After treatment,the clearance rate was 86. 05%. There were 5 adverse reactions,and the incidence rate of adverse reaction was 6. 10%. Conclusion： For the neonates with severe infection,meropenem can improve the clinical curative effect significantly and have high security,is worthy of clinical application.
