摘要 休眠性是影响花生种子出苗、贮藏及商品品质的重要性状,寻求适宜的休眠破除方法对于深入了解花生的休眠特性以及生产实践具有重要意义。以高油酸花生品系‘DF33’为材料,在25℃的培养箱中,每天一次发芽试验,统计7天的发芽率,直至休眠完全解除。研究了其休眠动态、吸水规律及休眠破除方法,结果发现‘DF33’的休眠期为60天左右;休眠的解除表现为渐进过程;种子发芽期间的吸水速率符合Logistic曲线方程;不同破除休眠的处理方法均对‘DF33’休眠的解除具有一定的作用,而50 mg/L乙烯利和40℃低温连续干燥3天以上的处理效果最佳,且胚根伸长最为明显。 Seed dormancy plays a key role in seedling emergence, seed storage and commodity quality of Arachis hypogaea. Thus, exploring suitable methods to break seed dormancy is important for understanding seed dormancy and agricultural practice. With high oleic acid peanut strain 'DF33' as the material, in the incubator of 25℃, the germination test was conducted once per day, and statistics of germination rate for 7 days were carried out until the dormancy completely lifted. And this study determined the dynamics of seed dormancy during storage, water uptake and dormancy breaking methods of A. hypogaea strain 'DF33'. The results showed that, seed dormancy could last for about 60 days, and release gradually as storage time extended. The relationship between water uptake and time could be described well with Logistic function. All dormancy breaking methods broke seed dormancy to some extent, and 50 mg/L ethephonor with continual drying at 40℃ was the most effective method to break seed dormancy as well as favoring radical elongation.
