钻井优化新技术提高如何钻井效率

摘要 通过以多种井下和地面传感器为基础的关键数据解释,优化钻井设计,从而减少钻井复杂事故时间,提高钻井效率。墨西哥湾浅海钻探的最新研究表明,钻井事故复杂时间占钻井时间的25%,以美元计算,单井的损失在1500,000$。因此,降低井下复杂事故发生的概率,可以极大地节约钻井成本。通常来说,全面的钻井技术优化应包括以下几方面的解决方案:钻柱完整性,水力参数的管理,井眼完整性。在过去的几年中,新技术已经取得了显著的进步,使钻井更加高效,提别是在提高实时决策方面。钻井优化技术是先建立实时模型,然后实行实时模型和数据的一体化,最终传到实时一体化控制中心。
