摘要
2009年,在工频与高频UPS的争论中,工频整流器因其输入端具有工频变压器,采用的又是SCR可控整流器,所以输入功率因数低,效率低,体积重量大而被淘汰。经研究发现,将GTO或IGBT开关器件与Ud-PWM控制应用到采用自耦变压器的多重叠加式工频整流器上,就可以使工频UPS的输入功率因数、效率与体积重量等指标赶上或超过高频UPS。其最突出的优点是开关损耗小,只有高频UPS整流器的1/(16~33)。
The power frequency rectifier has a power frequency transformer at the input end and it belongs to SCR (silicon controlled rectifier), thus its input power factor and efficiency are low. Along with its large size and heavy weight, the power frequency rectifier has been eliminated in the competition with high frequency UPS in 2009. However, the multiple superposed power frequency rectifier with autotransformer that applies GTO or IGBT and Ud-PWM control scheme has high input power factor and efficiency while its size and weight can compare with high frequency UPS. Its best advantage is low switching loss which is 1/(16-33) of the switching loss of high frequency UPS.
