浅析和谐1型系列交流传动电力机车牵引电动机传动端渗油

Analysis on leaking oil of traction motor in harmonic 1 series AC drive electric locomotive

和谐1型系列交流传动电力机车自投入运营以来,曾出现多起牵引电动机传动端渗油故障,尤其配属在我国西北地区的机车表现得较为明显。渗油会导致润滑系统出现缺油现象,影响牵引电动机传动端轴承及主从动齿轮正常润滑,威胁车辆安全运行。通过对渗油电动机解体检查,总结归纳相应的处理措施。
