基于用户感知价值的医疗信息服务指标体系的构建

Construction of the Index System of the Clinical Medical Information Service Based on the User's Perceived Value

本文以问卷调查的形式获取影响用户感知价值的医疗信息服务的因素,并以用户感知价值为导向,通过SPSS统计软件及文献回顾对当前医疗信息服务项目进行整理、总结,最终从总价值和总成本两个维度共8个评价指标的角度构建了医疗信息服务项目的感知价值指标体系,以期为后续提高医疗信息服务质量的研究提供参考。本文的研究结果可用于建设和完善医疗信息服务项目,评价医疗信息服务质量。

Based on the user＇s perceived value,this paper took the form of questionnaire survey to obtain the factors which affected the user＇s perceived value of medical information service,arranged and summarized the current medical information service projects through the SPSS statistical software and the literature review,finally constructed the perceived value index system of medical information service project from two aspects and eight dimensions,in order to provide reference for further research on improving the quality of medical information service. The research results of this paper could be used in the construction and improvement of medical information service projects,and used to evaluating the quality of medical information service.
