高校图书馆服务供给侧改革浅析

Discussion on the Service Supply Side Reforms of University Library

供需矛盾是我国高校图书馆的主要矛盾。文章借鉴供给侧结构性改革的理念,厘清高校图书馆服务供需失衡问题的现状,分析出现供给偏差的因由,把握矛盾的症结所在,服务供给侧发力,提出高校图书馆服务供给侧改革的思路,并从"重管理、调结构、补短板、强服务"4个方面给出了具体的实现路径,提高图书馆的服务质量和效率。

The contradiction between supply and demand is the main contradiction of university library in our country. From the supply side structural reform ideas,the article clarified the present situation of university library service supply and demand imbalance,analyzed the reasons of the deviation of supply,captured the sticking point of contradiction,service supply side force,put forward the idea of university library service supply side reform and gave the realization path from ＂focus on management,adjust the structure,complement the short board,strengthened service＂ four aspects,in order to improve the service quality and efficiency of the library.
