云南东川阿旺镇泥石流灾害的治理建议及效益分析

Governance Proposal and Benefit Analysis of Debris Flow in Awang Town,Dongchuan District,Yunnan Province

在对云南省昆明市东川区阿旺镇特大型泥石流灾害治理项目大白河河堤工程特性、效益进行分析研究的基础上,对泥石流灾害区域的开发利用进行探讨,包括泥石流发生现状、特性、治理建议、效益等,以期为山区泥石流灾害治理与开发利用提供参考。

Based on analysis of the Dabai River embankment project＇s characteristics and benefits in the large-scale debris flow management pro- ject in Awang Town, Dongchuan District, Kunming City, Yunnan Province, the development and utilization of debris flow area were discussed,in- cluding status, features,governance proposal and benefits,in order to provide reference for development and utilization of debris flow treatment in mountain area.
