雾霾来源及治理措施——以湖北省黄石市为例

Source and Control Measures of Fog and Haze——Taking Huangshi City of Hubei Province as an Example

摘要 基于十八届五中全会提出的"绿色"发展理念和目前我国各地空气污染状况,运用近年来空气质量监测资料,分析了湖北省黄石市空气质量现状特征。结果表明,黄石市的空气质量有所好转,部分污染物的排放有所减少,但大气质量的变化呈现明显的季节性。根据黄石市地区具体情况,分析了导致雾霾现象的原因,并提出相应的对策。 Based on the "green" development philosophy proposed by the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee and the current air pollution situation of China using air quality monitoring data in recent years ,the characteristics of air quality in Huangshi City of Hubei Province were analyzed. The study showed that air quality in Huangshi had improved, some of the pollutant emission had reduced,but the change of atmospheric quality had obvious seasonal characteristic. According to the specific circumstances of Huangshi City,the causes of fog and haze phenomenon were analyzed, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward.
