摘要
综述了目前国际植物检疫上常用的实时荧光定量PCR技术、DNA条形码技术的发展和技术特点,分析了这2种技术在进出境植物检疫中的应用现状、存在不足以及技术局限性,并对分子生物学检测技术在我国进出境植物检疫中的应用前景做了展望。
Development,technical features of real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR and DNA barcode in the entry-exit plant quarantine inspec- tion were reviewed. We analyzed the present situation of the application, shortcomings and limitations of those two technologies in entry-exit plant quarantine of China. The application of molecular biological technique in entry-exit plant quarantine of China were prospected.
